Day 74 - Relax-athon

Leevi is starting to sit up a little bit. He can't quite stay up though.
Day 73 - Shake, Rattle and Almost Roll
Leevi has started to figure out how to grab things, if only for a moment.
Day 72 - DL Time
We took a trip up to Detroit lakes to celebrate my father's retirement. It was an wonderful celebration, and Leevi had an excellent time.
Day 71 - Boppy Time
Leevi is making pretty good progress with his Tummy Time. He is very strong.
Day 69 - It's a Bonfire
It was such a nice evening, that we had to spend it outside in the yard. Nothing makes for a better evening than a fire pit in the yard.

Day 68 - Snuggle Swing
The swing works for a good snooze every now and again.
Day 66 - A Badger Day in Northern Wisconsin
We took a trip to the cabin in Tomahawk for the weekend. The Badgers were on, so obviously everyone needed their Badger clothes on.
Day 65 - Football
Paige had her dance exhibition at the Forest Lake football game. The game did not go so well. Leevi enjoyed it as he usually does most things, by sleeping.

Day 61 - Sock 'Em
Lots of motion from Leevi these days. He is definitely learning about moving his arms.
Day 56 - One of the Guys
Uncle Mike, Leevi and I replaced the alternator in the Kia. And by that I mean, Mike taught me how to do it while Leevi chilled in his stroller for a bit.
Day 55 - Swinging Along
Leevi thoroughly enjoys his mobile-swing. Probably the only way you can get him to relax if you aren't holding him/strapping him in to the Bjorn. (Thanks Robyn and Myke).

Day 53 - A quick cabin visit
We made a short overnight stop at the cabin in Tomahawk to break up the drive home. Well worth it. Plus Grandpa Roger, Uncle Bryan and Aunt Mandy were there.
Day 52 - Presque Isle
We took Leevi and Paige to Presque Isle where we had our wedding Ceremony. Leevi wasn't all that impressed apparently.

Day 51 - Fun Times
Leevi was a happy camper at the Cabin for most of the time we were there. Not much better than a baby toothless smile.

We took a trip up to the top of Sugar Loaf (pretty much required on any visit to Marquette, MI).
Day 50 - The MQT
We took a trip to Marquette, Michigan to visit friends and the old stomping ground. Grandpa Steve and Grandma Alice made the trip up as well. Of course we had to head out to Presque Isle as one of the first stops (well, other than eating at the Border Grill...)

Since space is always at a premium, we decided to bring the screened whatcha-ma-thinger for Leevi to sleep in. He wasn't a huge fan. Lesson learned I guess.
Day 49 - Sun Hat
The weather turned colder quickly. Sometimes you just need a hat.
Day 48 - Calming Effects
Leevi was having a pretty fussy day, and it was bed time. We set him down on the couch to regroup a little bit. Kaija took it upon herself to snuggle right up to him. Instant reaction. Leevi calmed and fell asleep. Well done Kaija!
Day 47 - Football X 2
Just a quick visit for a little Monday Night Football action. Yes, that is an overage of Packer gear, and yes, it makes me sad.

Day 46 - Skol!
Just a little Vikings football watching. No big deal.
Day 45 - A Night Away.
My parents came down to watch the kids while we went to a good friend's wedding (which was a super good time). I'd like to pretend in my head that the kids missed us while we were gone. Doubtful.
Day 43 - A Long Day
Some times Leevi sleeps really well in your arms. You have to cherish those moments. Especially because Paige was not much of a cuddler.

Day 42 - Thumbs Up.
Leevi, as with the rest of the family (me excepted) loves warm fuzzy pajamas. I can see the appeal, but the whole concept just doesn't work for me.

Day 41 - Leevi One-Sock
I am pretty sure it is all babies, but Leevi really has a hard time keeping both of his socks on. Even his hand-me-down super comfy Smartwool baby socks.
Day 40 - Cuddlebug
Leevi still loves his swaddle bag/blanket deal. A lot. He pretty much can't sleep without it. He even likes to have his hands tucked inside. Paige was never that way. By day 40 Paige was over the swaddling, and even before then she really liked to have her space.
Day 39 - Another Day, Another Elephant
Why don't they make adult dress shirts with elephants on them. They should.
Day 38 - Lawn Party
We had a party to celebrate the completion of the fence and the back play room. Paige and the kids who came over had a blast. Leevi was awake enough to watch them play too. He is definitely a watcher. He is just so content to sit on his Momma's lap and watch the world around him.
Day 36 - Rolly Polly
When he is awake (not too often yet) he is sure a mover. He isn't getting over, but he sure tries.
Day 35 - Cheeseburger French Fries.
Paige isn't too jealous of Leevi most of the time. Every now and again though, she neeeeeds to pop in to a photo.
Day 34 - Lay Your Hands On Me
Paige wants to help out with Leevi as much as she can. They had a fun post-bath baby lotion applying session.
Day 33 - The Bee's Knees
Just another mid-day day smile session.
