Day 110 - The "Real" Baby Einstein?

OK,  I'm not trying to brag or anything, but can you deny similarity between this picture of Leevi, and this famous picture of Einstein?

Day 109 - Christmas Tree hunting

"I take it back, I DON'T want to find a Christmas tree."

Time to bundle up and find the tree!

Day 108 - Traveling Crib

"It's a bit chilly down here, good thing we have extra blankets."

The pack and play is such a great invention.  I'm not sure how people got along without them for thousands of years.  I guess by using dresser drawers or something.

Day 107 - Bibs and Bobs

"I'm not so sure about this bib thing...seems excessive if you ask me."

Essential, all the time.

Day 106 - Glimmer of Hope

"The air feels, different...but Happy Birthday Mom!"

It is getting to be that time in Minnesota.  The air is changing, the daylight is dropping, and the clothes are getting thicker. We sure enjoyed the fall as much as we could this year.

Day 105 - Perfect Fit, Just Right.

The new blanket sure does the trick.

Day 104 - Swaddle the Giant

"Much better.  Thanks Mom!"

So it turns out that Leevi is not small.  In fact, he is quite large.  However, he still loves to be swaddled.  This presents a problem, give most swaddling blankets are made to accommodate newborns.  Cue Valerie's sewing ingenuity.  Now Leevi has a swaddling blanket that is plenty big, and it even has a zipper.  Color me impressed!

Day 103 - Late Night Snack

"I'm still hungry!"

Leevi isn't one to miss a meal.  That is for certain.
